Prior to joining Burleigh Consulting Group in 1997, Jeff served as a pension consultant in the defined benefit plan practice of William M. Mercer, Inc. He is an Enrolled Actuary, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and a member of the American Society of Enrolled Actuaries.  Jeff graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. degree with an emphasis in actuarial science.

Jeff was a member of the Phoenix Club, a young men’s organization that raises funds for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis. Jeff has been a member of Temple Israel since 1997, where he has served as President of the Temple Israel Brotherhood and as a member of the Board.  As an Eagle Scout, Jeff continues his dedication to the Boy Scouts of America, serving as an adult leader in his son’s troop at Germantown United Methodist Church (Troop 64).
